She is a contributing author to two international books, “The Spiritual Significance of Music” and “LOVE LIVE FORGIVE.”  Her solo harp CDs have been used in several pilot research studies indicating how they increase neurological functioning, support the immune system and reduce pain, distress and anxiety levels.  Amy’s CDs are used throughout the world in hospitals, cancer centers, hospices, and nursing homes as well as for general relaxation and stress reduction.  As one woman once said, “You touch others in such a deep place with your music…because it comes from such a deep place inside of you.” www.MusicThatSoothesTheSoul.com

Amy is passionate about empowering others with the understanding of how resonance, sympathetic resonance, forced resonance and entrainment affect and influence everything in our lives – because everything is energy. “Conscious Self-Care & Your Energetic Presence” Presentations demonstrate these powerful concepts in practical ways which expand and enhance our way of being with ourselves and others.

Amy’s personal spiritual journey, which began 30+ years ago, paralleled her evolution from a classically trained professional harpist to musician who now allows and trusts the music that flows through her. She shares, “It’s taken years to open to this magical language of the soul, traveling through the fears within my mind thinking that I didn’t know enough theory to write my own music. Moving from my head into my heart has been a journey in and of itself. Thankfully, my husband John and I have traveled this spiritual path together, manifesting his soul’s gift of The ORIGIN Methodology of Self-Discovery. It is through this process of self-discovery that I found and truly connected to my purpose, passion and joy. Our company, Blue Star Productions, develops products, events and services that support an individual’s personal growth toward wholeness and self-realization.”

Amy is a member of The Wellness Universe and a Wellness Advocate with doTerra. She loves using essential oils to vibrationally support her body, mind and spirit.

“Conscious Self-Care and The Healing Power of Music”

What does “Conscious Self-Care” and “The Healing Power of Music” have in common? ~ they both emanate from a foundational understanding of resonance, sympathetic resonance, forced resonance, and entrainment.

Join us for an inspiring conversation and demonstration of these energetic principles that can be applied to everything we experience, believe, feel, think, and choose.

Perceptions further expand as we recognize components within music that are also within us.We’ll deepen the conversation to explore how and why music and sound are becoming so popular in our growing quest for balance and healing; then briefly explore the difference between music therapy, therapeutic music, and the growing field of sound therapy.

With this common language and expanded awareness of resonance, sympathetic resonance, forced resonance, and entrainment, we are encouraged to take personal responsibility and empowered to make intentional choices that inspire compassionate change, creating harmonious and thriving inner and outer environments.
